Foundation

The Congregation was founded in Moroto Diocese Uganda in 1975, by two Comboni Missionaries namely; Rt. Rev. Sisto Mazzoldi and Very Rev. Fr. John Marengoni.

Charism

Our Charism is moved by the Pierced Heart of the Crucified Jesus Christ the Good Shepherd we are total to announce the Good News of the Risen Lord like Mary Magdalene to non-Christians.

Mission

Is to announce the Good News of the Risen Lord Jesus Christ to non-Christians by carrying out primary Evangelization through Catechetical Instructions; Planting the Church where it is not yet planted and brought to its full development where it is already implanted.

Ministries

Serving the needy, early childhood development, Pastoral care, healthcare, education and advocacy.

The Congregation was founded in Moroto Diocese Uganda in 1975, by two Comboni Missionaries namely; Rt. Rev. Sisto Mazzoldi and Very Rev. Fr. John Marengoni. Currently, there are 327 professed Sisters coming from five countries in Africa; Democratic Republic of Congo, Zambia, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, and South-Sudan.

So far, we are serving in ten (10) countries; South Africa, Tanzania including Zanzibar Islands, Kenya, Uganda, and South- Sudan, Italy, United Kingdom, Cuba, Germany and United States of America.

We have four (4) Formation Centres and 60 Apostolic Communities spread in thirty (30) different Arch/Diocese in different countries and three (3) continents.

 Our vision is to bring the whole person to the totality of human dignity by uplifting the whole person Spiritually, Psychologically, Socially, Intellectually, Morally and Materially, through the proclamation of the Good News of the Kingdom of God.

We also care for the spiritual well being by offering spiritual Sunday School and Pontifical Missionary Childhood (PMC) programs, imparting skills to caregivers and the provision of clothing and shelter to the poor children.
